50 Weight Loss Tips

This guy has compiled 50 common sense weight loss tips. I’ve read it through and they make a lot of sense, not only for weight loss but for making healthier choices. He mentions “Barilla Plus” pasta which I love and always have on hand as a substitute for regular pasta. The best part about this guide is that it is for normal people and not someone training for a marathon. A lot of it is common sense but things that you forget in day to day life. I would have to agree that if you make the subtle changes in your life that he covers that you will lose weight the healthy way and probably keep it off.
I’m over 30 and I can’t just sit down and eat 2 Big Mac’s for lunch anymore and expect everything to stay the same. This guys comments on avoiding fast food when possible and I couldn’t agree with him more. One thing I would add to this list from my personal experience is to try replacing red meat with turkey products. You can get turkey polish sausage instead of beef or pork and ground turkey is also a great replacement for beef in things like pasta, soups or chili. I even use ground turkey to make hamburgers but some people don’t like the different texture.
